Restorative Yoga is a practice of letting go. It is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This style of Yoga is complimentary to all forms of movement. It is good to balance a fast-paced lifestyle with a slower, more relaxing experience of Restorative Yoga. The physical body is very happy with a quiet class such as this; and with that, the mind is at ease. Restore your nervous system, body, mind and spirit.

The New Moon is a time to reset your thoughts, ideas and intentions. Yoga Nidra is a deep form of mediation where you set your Sankalpa: your prayer or wish , to plant the seed to support the shift you are ready to make in your life.

We will conclude with a blissful Gong bath!

Sacred Sound Healing Gong Meditation with Jiwan Kaur, Saturday October 21st – 1:00-3:00 PM

Beginning with Jiwan’s ritual of crystal soul clearing ~chanting with her soulful voice and alchemy turquoise infused crystal bowl ~ followed by a light set of Yoga and Pranayam (breath work) , culminating in deep relaxation with the unique sound of the GONG. The divine gathering will close with a gentle meditation guiding you into your infinite realms with an open heart and peaceful mind.

Our senses and nervous systems are chronically over stimulated and 90% of dis-ease and illness is stress related. Yoga itself is the most comprehensive system of wellness known to man, Restorative Yoga takes the healing powers of Yoga to a whole new level. Our bodies are not machines to conquer, they are temples to nurture. As we age, the body breaks down , the key word is RESTORE to be defined as:
-to bring back to a state of healing, soundness or vigor
-to bring back to a former, original, or normal condition
-to give back; make return or restitution (anything taken away or lost)

In this training you will :
~ learn the art of restorative yoga from a practical, therapeutic, and spiritual approach
~ learn basic anatomical and physiological adaptations of the human body
~ learn hands on assisting and adjusting
~ learn and experience relaxation and breathing techniques
~ learn to accommodate those with injuries and limitations
~ learn to read bodies with your eyes and intuition
~ sequencing for classes or personal practice

This course is limited to 20 participants
All props will be provided

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love Sedona. Over the years I have met so many amazing people and discovered many mystical places. One of my souls purpose is to share this magical land with amazing people who feel called to be present on these Joyful adventures. This journey will be smaller and intimate. We will practice Yoga, Meditation , Hike, Explore Magical Sites and so much more . This retreat will be during the Fall Equinox, fresh into the New Moon.
